Welcome to the Lupins class! Our teachers are Mr. Marshall and Mrs Brooksby. There are 29 of us in the class. Mr Yates teaches us PE on a Thursday pm.
Our teaching assistants are Mrs Lloyd and Mrs Cargill.
Foresters
For Autumn 1, Lupins have Foresters every Friday pm. Please ensure your child comes to school with a suitable coat and wellies for this. We'll be doing Foresters in all weather.
Homework Expectations
All passwords for online homework should be in your child's reading record books.

We had a fantastic drumming workshop yesterday with DCP Drumming. The children were fantastic!

What a fantastic day we've had at Newstead Abbey today. We've been transported back in time to the Victorian Estate. As children of the Estate, we have been looked after by the staff of Mr and Mrs Webb's household.

We've had a fantastic day today completing our Outdoor Learning activities.
In Year 5/6 this week, we have been learning about how key events from the Victorian period have helped shape our world today. Without the Suffragette movement, our society would look very different.
Just before half-term, Y5/6 have been making some 'mechanimals' in our Design and Technology lessons. We've based our designs on characters and ideas from our English text, Cogheart. The Victorian theme also links back to our 'Discover' question.
